Founder Simon Clark started working in the building industry in 1989 as an apprentice electrician at the age of 16.

In 1997, with nine years of experience in the electrical industry, he established Simon Clark Electrical Pty Ltd.

In the years that followed, Simon also took on various other projects as an owner-builder, building and selling houses using his experience and expertise from operating Simon Clark Electrical Pty Ltd.

In 2010, Simon studied building and construction and became a Domestic Builder Manager (DB-M), moving his focus towards building houses and townhouse developments under the company name of Taminvest Pty Ltd.

In 2015, Simon obtained a limited licence as a commercial builder. Shifting his focus to building more commercial buildings, he started the commercial building company we know today as S Clark Constructions Pty Ltd.
