Simon Clark started working in the building industry in 1989 as an apprentice electrician at the age of 16. After completing his apprenticeship and while still working for an employer, Simon worked on renovating his first home.

In 1997, he established Simon Clark Electrical Pty Ltd with just one employee, Simon himself, equipped with nine years of experience in the electrical industry. Within four years, his business grew from a one-man to a six-man team, with four technicians and an office manager.

While running his core business, Simon also took on various other projects as an owner-builder, building and selling houses using his experience and expertise from operating Simon Clark Electrical Pty Ltd.

In 2010, alongside managing his company, Simon studied building and construction. He also obtained a Domestic Builder Manager (DB-M) Licence, moving his focus towards building houses and townhouse developments under the company name of Taminvest Pty Ltd.

Five years later, in 2015, Simon obtained a limited licence as a commercial builder and shifted his focus once more, this time to building more commercial buildings. He then commenced the commercial building company known today as S Clark Constructions Pty Ltd.
